I'm watching the Tony's right now...and WOW!! OH MY GOD...I've never seen or heard of this musical before, but after watching that performance...just one question...is the show touring the midwest?...Chicago? Wisconsin? It looks AWESOME!!

Hands down, best new show on Broadway!!! Heights brings a new flavor to Broadway and definitely fills a gap. Every song is incredible, and every character is important and has a purpose. Everyone involved is so young, and it's absolutely unbelievable and shocking how the production is so good. Everyone should see this show. With it's roots in a story about family, each audience member will be able to relate to something. Richard Rodgers Theater is nice and intimate, so you'll see a great show, no matter where you sit. I've never seen a show that made me laugh so hard and cry so hard.
Congratulations to all cast and crew members, as well as the production team. I will be back to see the show again, soon!!
For anyone reading this? Go see it. As soon as you can.

I saw this play at the 37 Arts Theater and I have 2 say that I truly enjoyed it so much, that I saw it 2 times with different members of my family. The first time I saw it, I told my Niece, "this play belongs on Broadway". Boy, was I right! I am planning to see it on Broadway, because I am curious as to how they improved it, not that I felt it needed any improvements. I Want to see it on a bigger stage and see what changes if any have been made. The before and after. Go see it and you will agree with me. I plan to see it with my 13 year old Niece. I know that she will love it.

An overall great show with wonderful music and top-notch choreography. The cast is fabulous from the beginning to the end. Lin-Manuel Miranda gives a fantastic performance along with writing the incredibly catchy songs. Through out the whole show I never once lost interest, it's hilarious and moving. If you want to see a great new musical, see this show .

So many great musicals come and go, but to see a musical that has come from the heart and soul of someone is absolutely moving. Lin-Manuel Miranda poured his whole soul into this and we can see that. This story is moving and beautiful with an amazing score. He has made it his job to have his story heard and we're listening alright. We're listening over and over. Go see this show. It'll be worth your while. You'll never be the same again.

In the Heights successfully combines a wide range of musical styles and quite simply, just shines. It is a look at the ever changing face of New York City and the stuggles and celebration of the Latin people who live in Washington Heights. As someone who grew up in the neighborhood, the show made me nostalgic for it.
