David Hyde Pierce and Debra Monk star in a great big, brand-new backstage murder mystery musical comedy from Kander & Ebb, legendary creators of Cabaret and Chicago.

Enjoyable enough, a bit to light & fluffy for me though.

I really enjoyed this show. With all the other loud, youngish and over zeolous shows on Broadway this was a great departure from the new kids shows. This one, while good for all ages, what a big old, grand, fun and hilarious show that left the audiences laughing and walking out with huge smiles on their faces. One thing. It helps to know that this is a show within a show. Some that don't understand the plot miss out on the hilarious Kander and Ebb humor as they poke fun at their years on Broadway. Great show, highly recommend it.

David Hyde Pierce is phenomenal, well-deserving of his Tony for this role. Debra Monk is fabulous as well! Great story, keeps you guessing. Having seen many many Broadway shows, this ranks as one of my favorites now. (Saw it on broadway, 12/20/07)

As title states this was my first "on broadway" show. We saw it the night before the stage hands went on strike. Anyway the show was hilarious, especially the ending (i'm not gonna tell). The only thing that took some getting used to, was David Hyde Pierce's Boston accent, but other then that the show was completly woth seeing.

Pierce was incredible. And the 1950's set fun change!
