Cry-Baby

Cry-Baby

New York

From the delightfully demented mind of John Waters and the writers of “Hairspray” comes the story of a guitar-playing loner and the good girl who dares to cross to his side of the tracks.

Great show with a Zombie Prom feeling to it. Very great music! Excellent cast and I can't wait for the cast album!

This play does not bring anything new to the table. The story is cliche and lacks originality, it seems every play I've seen lately is about not conforming to society. The writers should try exploring new ideas, I have ideas, but I will keep them to myself. Don't get me wrong the actors were great, definetely above average. The only problem I have is with the plot, which simpy was not plausible, and everyone knows that great theatre includes a plausible plot.
