I love a good rumor and have I got a doozy for you. This week the NY Post's Michael Riedel (we [heart] Michael Riedel) dropped a sweet bomb at the end of one of his articles this week. He indicated that not only was the show The Drowsy Chaperone NOT closing, BUT that the producers were in talks with a B'way legend to step into the show come January. One of the most highly anticipated films of the holiday season (at least for theater lovers) has to be Tim Burton's big screen adaptation of Sweeney Todd starring Johnny Depp. You have seen the trailer (click HERE if you haven't), you have seen the photos (click HERE if you haven't), but have you seen Johnny singing?
