The League of American Theatres and Producers has released a statement saying that talks will resume tomorrow, Wednesday,November 28th at 10:00am.
While negotiations broke this morning it does appear that both sides continue to be optimistic about bringing the strike to end an end ASAP.
Performances have been cancelled only through Wednesday's matinees, leaving a glimmer of hope that shows might be back up and running on Wednesday evening.
It is still being reported that payment for mopping duties is one of the last major issues to be solved.
That's it for now folks. I am sure there will be more to come!

Maybe Freud would say here, "Sometimes a mop is just a mop." Let's end this beast and move on with our lives!!
What plays are on during strike??
Let's picket the picketers. So much for NY being a magical theater experience during the holidays.
Cymbeline, Mary Poppins, Pygmalion, The Ritz, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Xanadu, Young Frankenstein and Dr. Seuss' The Grinch Who Stole Christmas! The Musical...are the Bway shows that are still open. There are a ton of Off Bway and Off Off Bway shows that are still running - you can check out http://www.offbroadway.com/ or www.nytheatre.com
